Reviews and Ratings
Although the room was small and we could hear noise from clubbers and party goers returning, the hotel had a lively atmosphere and friendly staff. The location was good, but the building needs refurbishment. The dining experience was hit or miss, and the value for the money paid was questionable.
The hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were spot on and made our little break even better, but they were also smelly with tired décor. Unfortunately, we couldn't charge meals to the room, and our basement room had no view except a concrete wall. Some staff struggled with English, while others seemed willing to assist but were held back by rules. The hot room with loud extractor fan noise was a downside.
The hotel is centrally located in Weston-Super-Mare, close to the pier and town, offering a convenient stay with friendly service. The rooms were a bit noisy and stuffy when compared to others, but the location and overall service were highlights of the stay.
